A Place to Reflect, Change and Get Back on Track
Life - Relationships - Work - Meaning & Purpose
I work with individuals, couples and professionals who want a place to make sense of what is going on in their lives and the support to make meaningful changes.

I work at a level of depth that engages with the psychological blockers where most people get stuck. These are the internal barriers that have been preventing you from turning insight and self-awareness into action and change in your personal life, work life and relationships.

I've worked with City executives, start-up founders, actors, musicians, medical professionals, and a host of other people navigating life, relationship and work challenges. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I spent 20 years as a senior leader and executive coach in financial services, so I understand the particular pressures of challenging working environments and how that balances with personal life and important relationships. But what matters most is not background or profession. It's a willingness and desire to reflect, to understand what makes you tick, what holds you back, and how you might experiment with change.

Services

Individual Therapy / Coaching
Many people come to me not with a specific problem to fix, but with a sense that something important is out of alignment - in their relationships, their work, or their sense of meaning and purpose. Others come with a specific concern, including anxiety, burnout, depression, imposter syndrome, anger, or challenges related to work relationships or major life transitions.

Couples Therapy
Relationships are central to our lives, and relationship challenges, whilst uncomfortable, are opportunities to understand our partners and ourselves better. I work with couples at all stages, from pre-marriage to decades-long partnerships.

Professionals / Executives
If you are a senior professional, executive, business founder or co-founder, you will know that the challenges you face at work rarely stay neatly within work. Pressure, performance, relationships with colleagues or co-founders, questions about direction and identity - these have a way of reaching into every part of life.
