A Place to Reflect, Change and Get Back on Track
Life - Relationships - Work - Meaning & Purpose
I work with individuals, couples and professionals who want to understand themselves more deeply and explore how they want to live, work and relate.
People come to therapy for many reasons. Sometimes something specific is happening - a relationship difficulty, a period of change, dissatisfaction at work, anxiety or a sense of being stuck. At other times, life may be going reasonably well on the surface, but there is a growing sense that something needs attention: that old patterns no longer fit, that important parts of yourself have been neglected, or simply a curiosity about who you are and who you are becoming.
My approach is exploratory and psychologically informed. Rather than offering quick answers or prescriptions, we'll become curious about the patterns, experiences and different parts of you that shape how you respond to life. Over time, this can create greater freedom to make choices that feel more genuinely your own. Within this approach, I work at a level of depth that engages with the psychological blockers where most people get stuck. These are the internal barriers that have been preventing you from turning insight and self-awareness into action and change in your personal life, work life and relationships.
I've worked with City executives, start-up founders, actors, musicians, medical professionals, and a host of other people navigating life, relationship and work challenges. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I spent 20 years as a senior leader and executive coach in financial services, so I understand the particular pressures of challenging working environments and how that balances with personal life and important relationships.
But what matters much more to me than your background or profession is a willingness to be curious about yourself — to reflect, explore, make connections and discover what might be wanting to change or develop in your life.

Services

Individual Therapy / Coaching
Many people come to me not with a specific problem to fix, but with a sense that something important is out of alignment - in their relationships, work, or sense of meaning and purpose. Others come with a particular concern, such as anxiety, burnout, depression or a major life transition.

Couples Therapy
Relationships are central to our lives, and difficulties can offer an opportunity to understand both ourselves and our partners more deeply. I work with couples at all stages, from new relationships to decades-long partnerships.

Professionals / Executives
A successful professional life doesn't necessarily make the rest of life straightforward. You may be questioning what you want next, reconsidering priorities or relationships, or finding that ways of thinking and behaving that once served you no longer work quite so well.
Welcome
